Allvent ALVIFDS88 200MM Square Intumescent Fire Damper

The Allvent ALVIFDS88 ALV508 is a 200mm square intumescent fire damper designed for ventilation openings through fire-rated walls and floors. Its rigid steel-framed grille allows normal airflow through the system, while the intumescent material expands under fire conditions to form a fire-stop barrier. Offering up to 2 hours of fire protection and no moving parts that require operational checks, it is a practical solution for residential, commercial and multi-residential ventilation systems where maintaining the integrity of a fire-rated barrier is essential. It can also be fitted into steel ducting for a secure and straightforward installation.
