Allvent ALVIFDR12 300MM Circular Intumescent Fire Damper

The Allvent ALVIFDR12 ALV506 is a 300mm circular intumescent fire damper designed for larger ventilation duct penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors. Its rigid steel-framed construction allows normal airflow through the ventilation system, while the intumescent material expands under fire conditions to form a fire-stop barrier. Offering up to 2 hours of fire protection and no moving parts that require operational checks, it is well suited to commercial, multi-residential and larger ventilation installations where maintaining the integrity of a fire-rated barrier is critical. It can also be fitted into steel ducting for a practical in-line installation.
