Allvent ALVIFDR5 125MM Circular Intumescent Fire Damper

The Allvent ALVIFDR5 ALV502 is a 125mm circular intumescent fire damper designed for ventilation duct penetrations through fire-rated walls and floors. Its rigid steel-framed construction allows normal airflow during everyday operation, while the intumescent material expands under fire conditions to form a fire-stop barrier. Offering up to 2 hours of fire protection and no moving parts that require operational checks, it is a practical solution for residential, commercial and multi-residential ventilation systems where maintaining the integrity of a fire-rated barrier is essential. It can also be installed into steel ducting for a neat in-line application.
