The vast majority of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Thornton, New South Wales, Australia. We do offer a pickup option from our premises in Thornton, New South Wales, Australia. We do not offer shipping to any countries other than Australia.

We may dispatch some items from our supplier's warehouses in cases where the products are particularly bulky and we do not have them in stock at the time you place your order. These warehouses are located in Perth, Brisbane and Sydney, Australia. We regret that our supplier's warehouses are not open to the public, so we are unable to offer a pickup option for products being dispatched from these locations.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2 and 8 working days to arrive, depending on your location and the size of the products you've ordered. Remote areas often require longer shipping times. We endeavour to give all customers a tracking number which you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment.

In most cases we offer door-to-door shipping, and can ship to residential and business addresses. In some cases, we may need to ship to a depot and have you collect from there, but you will be notified of this well in advance of the products leaving us.

We ship the vast majority of our products with Australia Post and Aramex, but we reserve the right to use other carriers should the need arise due to your location, the size of the consignment or the cost of shipping. Some items may be dispatched in more than one carton.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of your full payment. If you need to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds policy may apply.
