Powersafe Earth Sensing Device

The Powersafe PS04-ESD Earth Sensing Device is a safety protection unit designed for isolated power systems, including inverter generators and IT isolated power applications. Instead of relying on conventional fault current measurement, it monitors voltage potential between the connected system cabling and the sensor, typically the earth frame and bonded conductive frames. This makes it a practical safety device for portable power, generator setups, temporary power distribution, worksites, events, maintenance applications and isolated supply environments where reducing electric shock risk is critical.
